1. General

These terms govern purchases from VELIA (the "Site"). By placing an order you accept them. The Site is operated by [Company name], company no. [ח.פ.], [address], Israel.

2. Orders & payment

Prices are in Israeli shekels (₪) and include VAT. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; we never store card details. An order is confirmed once payment is approved and a confirmation email/SMS is sent.

3. Subscriptions

The filter subscription delivers 2 filters every 6 months at ₪89 per delivery with free shipping. You will be reminded by email and SMS 7 days before every charge. You may skip or cancel at any time, with immediate effect, with no minimum term and no fee. The ₪89 price is locked for as long as the subscription is active.

4. Consumer protection

All sales are subject to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981, and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.

5. Warranty

Velia showerheads carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. Filters are consumables and are not covered beyond arrival in good condition.
