Shipping

Free shipping on all orders across Israel. Orders ship within 1–2 business days and arrive within 2–4 business days by courier. A tracking link is sent by email/SMS when the order ships. Deliveries beyond the Green Line and to Eilat may take 1–2 extra days.

60-day money-back guarantee

Use Velia for up to 60 days. If you are not satisfied, contact us on WhatsApp or email and we will arrange a courier pickup at our expense and refund the full amount to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the product.

Statutory cancellation

Under the Consumer Protection Regulations (Cancellation of Transaction), 5771-2010, you may cancel a distance purchase within 14 days of receipt. Our 60-day guarantee extends this period voluntarily.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, send us a photo within 7 days and we will ship a replacement immediately at no cost.
